# unisafe > unisafe is an NFT-owned vault ("Manager") that keeps your tokens safe and earns trading fees by providing liquidity on Uniswap v4. A Stable manager holds stablecoins and earns auto-compounding fees in stablecoin pools; a Volatile manager runs any other Uniswap v4 pair, such as ETH/USDC. Each Manager is your own separate smart-contract wallet that is itself a singleton ERC-721 NFT — whoever holds that one NFT controls the wallet and its funds. It is built by Envelop. unisafe lets you deposit tokens, deploy them to hookless Uniswap v4 pools in a single transaction, reinvest or claim the trading fees you earn, and withdraw to any address at any time. Stable managers take major stablecoins (USDC, USDT, DAI) in stable/stable pools on a price range set once at creation; Volatile managers take any other v4 pair on ranges you pick each time you allocate, and reposition with recenter. Supported chains: Ethereum, Unichain, Arbitrum and Base. There is no deposit or withdrawal fee; a 10% protocol fee applies only to earned trading fees. ## How it works 1. Start with tokens in your own wallet. 2. Create a Manager (an NFT), choosing Stable or Volatile, and fund it. 3. Deploy idle balances to up to 32 Uniswap v4 pools in a single transaction. 4. Earn swap fees; on Stable, reinvest to compound; on either, claim them to the Manager. 5. Withdraw to the token you choose, sent to any address. ## Key facts - Non-custodial: only the Manager NFT holder can move funds; principal is never taken into custody. - Two products: Stable (pegged pairs, one frozen range per pool, reinvest compounds) and Volatile (any other v4 pair, a range per allocation, several per pool, recenter repositions, no reinvest). - Fees: no deposit/withdrawal fee; 10% protocol fee on earned trading fees only (90% stays in your Manager). - Pools: hookless Uniswap v4 pools only, on both products — pools with hooks are rejected. - Delegation: the owner can authorize operators to allocate, recenter, move liquidity between the manager's pools, reinvest and claim, but operators cannot withdraw, change the price oracle or add another operator. - Chains: Ethereum, Unichain, Arbitrum, Base. Stablecoins: USDC, USDT, DAI and other majors. Volatile pairs: ETH/USDC, WBTC/USDC and any other hookless v4 pool. - A Manager shows a plan (pool APR — the pool's fees over the last complete day, annualized, describing the pool rather than your position; a 14d average sits beside it where the network has daily history) next to a fact ("Earned" — fees actually earned, collected plus uncollected, after the 10% protocol fee). They are not expected to match. ## AI agents There are three ways in, and they differ by what they need from you rather than by capability. Start with the first: it needs nothing. 1. **Hosted MCP server, no install and no keys** — point an agent at `https://unisafe.envelop.is/mcp` (HTTP transport). It reads: position history and realised fees, who may operate a manager, which of a manager's pools pays best right now, and whether moving a position is worth it. It holds no key and cannot sign anything, so nothing it says can move money. 2. **Agent skill** — a folder of documentation the agent loads: what a Manager NFT is, how Stable differs from Volatile, what the fees are, and which steps only the NFT holder can do in the browser, with the link for each. No keys, no configuration. 3. **Local MCP server (`@envelop/mcp-lp`)** — the half that holds an operator key and signs. Once the owner authorizes its address, it can allocate, recenter, move liquidity between pools, claim and reinvest. It can never withdraw funds, change the price oracle or add another operator; its swaps and its liquidity adds are checked against a Chainlink price and fail closed. One `setOperator(addr, false)` revokes it. The split is deliberate: the half that reasons has no key, and the half that has a key makes no outbound call except to the chain, so a remote service cannot hand it a transaction to sign. - Any MCP client, hosted read server: `claude mcp add --transport http envelop-lp-insight https://unisafe.envelop.is/mcp` - Claude Code, skill and local server in one: `/plugin marketplace add https://unisafe.envelop.is/.claude-plugin/marketplace.json` then `/plugin install unisafe@envelop` - Codex, Cursor and others: `npx skills add https://unisafe.envelop.is`; the local server, if the agent should act: `npx -y --@envelop:registry=https://gitlab.com/api/v4/projects/83757781/packages/npm/ @envelop/mcp-lp` ## Links - [unisafe app](https://unisafe.envelop.is/): landing page and app. - [Create a Stable manager](https://unisafe.envelop.is/app?create=stable): opens the create wizard on the Stable product (requires a wallet). - [Create a Volatile manager](https://unisafe.envelop.is/app?create=volatile): opens the create wizard on the Volatile product (requires a wallet). - [Envelop](https://envelop.is): the team behind unisafe. - [Full description](https://unisafe.envelop.is/llms-full.txt): extended overview and FAQ. - [Hosted MCP server](https://unisafe.envelop.is/mcp): read and strategy tools over HTTP — history, operators, pool ranking, move suggestions.
